Adehyeman’s Board of Directors (BoD) jointly oversee the activities of the company and offers guidance in its operations. It has ultimate responsibility for the success of the Bank and for delivering sustainable shareholder value within a framework of prudent and effective risk and management controls.

Jacques Raiche
Chairman
Jacques graduated from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Canada with a Certificate of Administration Option Real Estate in 1973. He has over forty years of experience within financial institutions of which the last fourteen years were on the international level.
Dr Michael Mah’moud
Board Member
Dr. Mahmoud holds Ph.D. degree in economics from the university of Western Ontario, Canada. He has over forty years experience in financial sector, financial institutions and financial governance programs.
He is currently an independent economic consultant after his professional career with International monetary fund, African Centre of Monetary studies and the African Development Bank
Emmanuel Ato Pinkrah
Board Member
Emmanuel Ato Pinkrah is the Head of Banking Operations in the Faculty;he directly reports to the Director of Studies and Training of the College.
He holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Ghana (FCIB), a Fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK) and a member Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (CA Ghana).

Joe Emmim
As Adehyeman’s Managing Director, Joe is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, as well as leading the company’s product development and technology strategy. Prior to his current position, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adehyeman

Ms Aretha Duku
Board Member
Aretha is a Law graduate and holds a Master’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management. She is the Managing Director of Ghana Union Assurance Company Limited having been the deputy Managing Director for the over 10 years.
Mrs. Gifty Emmim
Mrs. Gifty Emmim is the Executive Vice President and Head of Compliance and Audit of SFB Capital Systems LLC in Virginia, USA. She is a seasoned accounting and auditing professional with over 25 years of experience in the finance industry.
Ms Aretha Duku
