Arnold Awulu Lartey is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development, enterprise systems implementation, and IT governance. He began his career as a freelance software developer before joining Digitalix Ltd as a Software Developer and later moved to All Detective Security in 2006. In 2007, he joined Josanti Info Imaging Ltd as a Programmer Analyst, eventually advancing to the role of Implementation Consultant.
During his time at Josanti Info Imaging, Arnold worked on major Business Process Automation and Enterprise Content Management projects for both local and international organizations across the financial, pension, and insurance sectors. His expertise includes electronic document management, business intelligence, software engineering, database administration, and enterprise workflow automation. He is a certified Microsoft Professional in .NET Technologies and an ABBYY-certified specialist in automated data capture and document processing.
Arnold’s academic and professional qualifications have significantly shaped his multidisciplinary approach. He holds an MSc. in Information Technology from BlueCrest University, a BA in Project Administration from Cambridge International College (Jersey, UK), and a Professional Diploma in Information Technology (Software Engineering) from NIIT, Accra. In addition, he has undergone Business Analysis training (including CBAP/ECBA-level preparation) and ISO 27001 Implementation Training, equipping him with strong competencies in information security management, process optimization, and risk governance.
In 2010, Arnold joined Adehyeman Savings and Loans Ltd as a Database Administrator, where his deep technical insights and problem-solving skills contributed to strengthening critical systems. His leadership and performance led to his appointment as IT Manager in 2015, a role in which he has played a central part in enhancing the institution’s digital infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
