Our management team

As Adehyeman’s Managing Director, Joe is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, as well as leading the company’s product development and technology strategy. Prior to his current position, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adehyeman.

Eric began his working career at Software House Limited in Accra and later moved to National Investment Bank where he worked for 7 years before joining Adehyeman in August 2010. He joined Adehyeman as an IT Manager, moved on as Head of operations.

Mr. Samuel Abankwa-Kissi is Human Resource Manager of Adehyeman Savings & Loans Limited responsible for recruitment, Training and Development, compensation and benefits administration.

Arnold started his career as a freelance software developer. He worked for Digitalix Ltd as a software developer and later joined All detective Security back in 2006. He later joined Josanti Info Imaging Ltd in 2007 as a programmer analyst and later rose to become an implementation consultant.

Deputy General Manager, Operations

Arnold Lartey

IT Manager

Branch Operations Manager

Adams joined Adehyeman Fourteen years ago as a marketing officer and has rose through the ranks as an operations coordinator, Business Development Manager. He is currently the manager in charge of Branch Operations.

Alberta Adofo

Senior Business Relationship Manager

Alberta Adofo is the Senior Business Relationship Manager responsible for credit Management. Prior to her appointment, Alberta has held several portfolios including credit Officer, Credit Supervisor and Branch Manager.

Stephen Kunyabor, CA

Head of Internal Audit

Stephen is the Head of internal audit for Adehyeman Savings and Loans. Prior to this appointment, he was the Head of Operations for about 3years and also the Head of Finance for almost ten years.

Mr. Isaac Kwegyir is the Head of Finance of AdehyemanSavings and Loans, responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Finance Department, including providing financial information to facilitate decision-making.
